  21. The information on SAULCAT is intended to be comprehensive for

  23.     -- all material published after 1972
  24.     -- all material acquired after 1981 irrespective of date of publication
  25.     -- most other material in heavy demand.

  27. Searches on SAULCAT are conducted through a MAIN MENU containing 9 options.
  28. OPTION 8 gives a comprehensive HELP service explaining the various search
  29. strategies which are available.

  31. When you have finished searching you should end your session by returning
  32. to the MAIN MENU and choosing OPTION 9.

  34. If you are connected to SAULCAT from outside St Andrews through JANET you
  35. will also need to break the connection in the manner prescribed by your
  36. local system.
